Writing vs. Designing — what you get

Every project starts with an audit. I read everything you're currently sending and identify exactly what's off — weak hooks, buried CTAs, poor sequencing, and emails that are missing from the flow entirely.

Starter (Writing) — I rewrite every email from scratch: subject line, preview text, opening hook, body copy, CTA, and sign-off. Plus two A/B variant subject lines per email. Everything is delivered as a clean Google Doc you can copy-paste into your own templates.

Growth (Designing) — Everything in Starter, plus I design the visual layout and implement the sequence directly in your ESP (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). You get coded HTML emails fully deployed and ready to send — no template work, no implementation, nothing for you to wire up. Includes a Loom strategy walkthrough and a sequence timing & trigger map.

Fixed-scope guarantee

No scope creep billing. The price you see is what you pay. Revisions are included up to the stated rounds.

Clean deliverables

Starter: a polished Google Doc with all copy, subject lines, and A/B variants. Growth: coded HTML emails + direct implementation inside your ESP.

Revision rounds

Starter is copywriting only — you handle layout and implementation. Growth adds visual HTML design and direct setup in your ESP, so the sequence is ready to send.

Pricing questions

Do you handle implementation in our ESP?
It depends on the plan. Starter (Writing) delivers a clean Google Doc — you copy-paste into your own templates and set up the automations. Growth (Designing) includes direct implementation in your ESP: I plug the designed HTML emails straight into Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or whatever you use, so the sequence is ready to send.
Can I upgrade after the project starts?
Yes. If your scope grows during the project, we'll agree a change order before any additional work begins. No surprises.
Do you offer payment plans?
Growth (Designing) projects can be split: 50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery. Starter (Writing) projects are billed 100% upfront.
What currency is pricing in?
USD. I can invoice in GBP or EUR on request — rate fixed at invoice date.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
I don't offer blanket refunds, but I stand behind the work. If you're not satisfied after revision rounds, let's talk — I've never had a project end without resolution.
